Our seed starting efforts have begun.
A little over a month ago we started our onions, leeks, and celeriac indoors under 4ft T8 florescent bulbs hanging from the ceiling.
Then we added peppers, tomatoes and eggplant in recycled clam shell containers.
In our portable indoor/outdoor greenhouse we started our brassicas. They are progressing quite slowly since it’s been damn cold here so far this spring.
Planted Peas out in the garden in mid March as well, it may have been a mistake since it got really cold in the days that followed, but who knows maybe we’ll have the earliest peas around?
